Delete account and data – bordero

Delete your account in the app

These instructions apply to the app bordero (provider: see Imprint).

1. Open the app and sign in
2. Open Settings → Privacy
3. Choose "Delete account" and enter the confirmation
4. The account is deleted immediately and you are signed out

What is deleted?

• Account (email address, username, password hash, settings)
• All logbook data: shifts, tours, breaks, loads, vehicles, trailers, locations, notes and comments
• All uploaded images
• All login tokens

Deletion is irreversible. Data may remain in backups for a short time and is overwritten there in the regular cycle. Billing data held by Google is not stored by us and is subject to their statutory retention periods.

Delete logbook data only

Under Settings → Privacy, "Delete user data" removes all entered data and keeps your account.

Download your data first

Under Settings → Privacy → "Download user data" we compile all stored data into a ZIP archive for you. Once it is ready you can download it.

No access to the app?

Write to us from the email address of your account at hallo@bordero.de with the subject "Delete account" (or "Download data"). We process the request within 30 days.

Cancel your subscription

A premium subscription via Google Play does not end automatically when the account is deleted. Cancel it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. If you only cancel the subscription, your saved data is kept.
